Private Law 85-7 AN ACT For the relief of Victor Charles Hunt. Be it enacted by the Seriate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Attorney General is authorized and directed to discontinue any deportation proceedings and to cancel any outstanding order and warrant of deportation, warrant of arrest, and bond, which may have been issued in the case of Victor Charles Hunt. From and after the date of enactment of this Act, the said Victor Charles H u n t shall not again be subject to deportation by reason of the same facts upon which such deportation proceedings were commenced or any such warrants and order have issued. Private Law 85-8 AN ACT For the relief of Hewey Malachi Mackey. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Amenca in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Hewey Malachi Mackey shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the recjuired visa fee. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such alien as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper quota-control officer to deduct one number from the appropriate quota for the first year that such quota is available. Private Law 85-9 AN ACT Tor the relief of Nelson 8hu-Yung Chuang. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Nelson Shu-'Sung Chuang shall be heM and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon pa;;pient of the required visa fee.
