For reimbursement to General Services Administration for space furnished the United States Senate, $35,010. VICE PRESroENT's AUTOMOBILE

For purchase, exchange, driving, maintenance, and operation of an automobile for the Vice President, $7,600. AUTOMOBILE FOR THE PRESIDENT PRO TEMPORE

For purchase, exchange, driving, maintenance, and operation of an automobile for the President pro tempore of the Senate, $12,600. AUTOMOBILES FOR MAJORITY AND MINORITY LEADERS

For purchase, exchange, driving, maintenance, and operation of two automobiles, one for the majority leader of the Senate, and one for the minority leader of the Senate, $25,200. REPORTING SENATE PROCEEDINGS

For reporting the debates and proceedings of the Senate, payable in equal monthly installments, $188,825. FURNITURE

For services and materials in cleaning and repairing furniture, and for the purchase of furniture, $31,190: Provided, That the furniture purchased is not available from other agencies of the Government. INQUIRIES AND INVESTIGATIONS

For expenses of inquiries and investigations ordered by the Senate or conducted pursuant to section 134(a) of Public Law 601, Seventyninth Congress, including $380,000 for the Committee on Appropriations, to be available also for the purposes mentioned in Senate Resolution Numbered 193, agreed to October 14, 1943, $3,160,000.
