G e n e r a l Grant National Memorial.

AN ACT To provide that the Secretary of the Interior shall accept title to Grant's Tomb in New York, New York, and maintain it as the General Grant National Memorial.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to accept, as a gift to the United States, title to the real property known as Grant's Tomb at Riverside Drive and West One Hundred and Twenty-Second Street in New York, New York, and thereafter to administer and maintain such real property as the General Grant National Memorial. Veterans hospital. Amarillo, T e x. L and c o n v e yance.

Use.

AN ACT To provide for the conveyance of certain real property of the United States located at the Veterans' Administration hospital near Amarillo, Texas, to Potter County, Texas.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Administrator of General Services shall convey, without consideration, to the county commissioners court of Potter County, Texas, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the real property, consisting of approximately 21.9 acres, constituting a portion of the tract of land on which is located the Veterans' Administration hospital near Amarillo, Texas. The real property to be conveyed under authority of this Act, the exact legal description of which shall be determined by the Administrator of General Services, was originally conveyed to the Veterans' Administration by Potter County, Texas, on October 1, 1939, for the nominal consideration of $1, and was declared excess to the needs of the Veterans' Administration on November 29, 1955. SEC. 2. The conveyance of such real property to the county commissioners court of Potter County, Texas, under the first section of this Act shall be on condition that such property be used only for hospital purposes or other related health purposes; and if at any time the Administrator of General Services determines that such property is no longer being used for hospital purposes or other related health purposes, all right, title, and interest in and to such property shall revert to the United States.
