All officers, agencies, departments, and persons of and in the United States Government shall cooperate with the Bear River Commission, established pursuant to the compact consented to hereby, in any manner authorized by law other than this Act, it being the purpose of Congress that the United States Government shall assist in the fjirtherance of the objectives of a Bear River Compact and in the work of the commission created thereby. SEC. 3. Any modification of the allocation of storage rights contained in Article V shall become effective only when consented to by the Congress. SEC. 4. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is expressly reserved. Approved March 17, 1958.

AN ACT To amend Public Law 472, Eighty-first Congress, as amended, relative to the attendance of professional personnel of the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics in graduate schools.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 6 of Public Law 472, Eighty-first Congress, as amended by Public Law 352, Eighty-third Congress, is amended to read "The total of the sums
