AN ACT For the relief of Boris F. Navratil.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Boris F. Navratil shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of September 16, 1949. Approved September 2, 1958. Private Law 85-751

AN ACT For the relief of Mrs. Maude L. Smith.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Maude L. Smith. United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Mrs. Maude L. Smith, BIT Seneca Street, Seattle, AYashington, the sum of $3,500. Payment of such sum shall be in full settlement of all claims of the said Mrs. Maude L. Smith against the United States on account of the death of her minor son, Kimball Smith, who was killed as the result of an accident involving a Laiited States Post Office vehicle at East Ninetyfifth Street and Sand Point Way, Seattle, AVashington, on December 28, 1943: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved September 2, 1958.

AN ACT For the relief of the former shareholders and debenture note holders of the Goshen Veneer Company, an Indiana corporation.

Be it enacted by the Senate and, House of Representatives of the United States of America in Cong less assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Dow M. Gorham, administrator of the estate of Charles E. Gorham, the sum of $12,750; to Dow M. Gorham, administrator of the estate of Nellie A. Gorham, the sum of $2,250; to Elizabeth Dow Snoke, administrator of the estate of Ethel B. Dow, the sum of $21,000; to Elizabeth Dow Snoke, the sum of $8,250; to Barbara Dow Bowmen, the sum of $8,250; and to Dow M. Gorham, the sum of $22,500, former shareholders of the Goshen Veneer Company, an Indiana corporation, having its principal place of business at Goshen, Indiana, representing the amounts reported by the United States Court of Claims to the Congress in
