PRIVATE LAW 86-61-JULY 6, 1959

[73 S T A T.

General is authorized and directed to cancel any outstanding order and warrant of deportation, warrant of arrest, and bonds, which may have issued in the case of Jessie Isobel Foster. From and after the date of the enactment of this Act, the said Jessie Isobel Foster shall not again be subject to deportation by reason of the same facts upon which such deportation proceedings were commenced or any such warrants and orders have issued: Provided, That a suitable and proper bond or undertaking, approved by the Attorney General, be deposited ^® prescribed by section 213 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. AN ACT For the relief of Stephanos Tsoukalas.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the TfoLka^il ® " ° ' United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the pur^ 66 Stat. 166,180. DOses of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and 1155.^ ^ ^ ^ ^° '* Nationality Act, the minor child, Stephanos Tsoukalas, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Callas, citizens of the United States: Provided, That the natural parents of Stephanos Tsoukalas shall not, by virtue of such parentagej be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the immigration and Nationality Act.
