ing the provision of section 212(a)(4) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Alan Alfred Coleman may be issued a visa and be admitted to the United States for permanent residence if he is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of that Act: Provided, That a suitable and proper bond or undertaking, approved by the Attorney General, be deposited as prescribed by section 213 of the said Act: And provided further, That the exemption granted herein shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of which the Department of Justice or the Department of State has knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act. Private Law 86-118 AN ACT For the relief of Herman Luchner. Be it enacted by the SeTiate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provision of section 212(a)(9) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Herman Luchner may be issued a visa and be admitted to the United States for permanent residence if otherwise admissible under the provisions of that Act: Provided, That this exemption shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of which the Department of State or the Department of Justice has knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act. Private Law 86-119 AN ACT For the relief of Grover J. Cole. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Grover J. Cole of Waterford, Connecticut, is hereby relieved of all liability to repay to the United States the sum of $2,108.50, representing overpayments of retirement pay erroneously paid to him by the Department of the Army during the period from July 1, 1952, to February 28, 1958, such overpayments having occurred as a result of administrative error. SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the said Grover J. Cole, the sum of any amounts received or withheld from him on account of the overpayments referred to in the first section of this Act. Approved August 24, 1959.
