Private Law 86-363 AN ACT For the relief of Lloyd C. Kimiu.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the puroses of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Lloyd C. Kimm shall e held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of July 31, 1925. Approved June 30, 1960.

Private Law 86-364 AN ACT For the relief of Yi Young An.

Be It enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor child, Yi Young An, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Staff Sergeant and Mrs. John L. Brown, citizens of the United States: Provided, That the natural parents of the said Yi Young An shall not, by virtue of such parentage, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Private Law 86-365 AN ACT For the relief of Frederick T. C. Yu and his wife, Alice Siao-Fen Chen Yu.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Atnerlca in Congress assembled. That Frederick T. C. Yu and his wife, Alice Siao-Fen Chen Yu, may be naturalized upon compliance with all of the requirements of title III of the Immigration and Nationality Act, except that— (a) no period of residence or physical presence within the United States or any State shall be required in addition to their residence and physical presence within the United States since October 31, 1947; and (b) their petitions for naturalization may be filed with any court having naturalization jurisdiction. Approved June 30, 1960.
