Private Law 86-454 AN ACT For the relief of Michiko (Hirai) Christopher.

Be it enacted by the 8enate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor child, Michiko (Hirai) Christopher shall be held and considered to be the natural born alien child of Mr. and Mrs. Adolphus Christopher, citizens of the United States: Provided, That the natural parents of Michiko Christojpher shall not by virtue of such parentage be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Private Law 86-455 AN ACT For the relief of Edward Ketchum. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $8,814.78 to Mr. Edward Ketchum, of Ajo, Arizona, in full settlement of his claims against the United States for payment for the overtime hours he performed as a member of the customs patrol of the Treasury Department during the fiscal years 1946, 1947, and 1948 while attached to the Nogales, Arizona, office: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved September 2, 1960.

Private Law 86-456 AN ACT For the relief of Martin A. Mastandrea.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Martin A. Mastandrea, of Dedham, Massachusetts, the sum of $309.58. Such sum represents reimbursement to said Martin A. Mastandrea for paying out of his own funds a judgment rendered against him in the courts of Massachusetts, arising out of an accident occurring on June 16, 1951, when the said Martin A. Mastandrea was operating a Government vehicle in the course of his duties as an employee of the Post Office Department: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the
