tion and the statutes, including section 350(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (19 U.S.C. 1351), the President on October 30, 1947, entered into a trade agreement with certain foreign countries, which consists of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, including a schedule of United States concessions (hereinafter referred to as 61 Stat. (Pt. 5) A6O. Schedule XX-1947) and the Protocol of Provisional Application of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, together with a Pinal Act Adopted at the Conclusion of the Second Session of the Preparatory Committee of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Employment (61 Stat. (pts. 5 and 6) A7, All, and A2051), and by Proclamation No. 2761A of December 16, 1947 (61 Stat. (pt. 2) 1103), proclaimed such modifications of existing duties and other import restrictions of the United States and such continuance of existing customs or excise treatment of articles imported into the United States as were then found to be required or appropriate to carry out such trade agreement, and that proclamation was amended by Proclamation No. 2790 of June 11, 1948 (62 Stat. (pt. 2) 1515); 2. WHEREAS such General Agreement has been supplemented by an agreement consisting of the Protocol of Terms of Accession of Japan to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade dated June 7, 1955 (6 UST (pt. 5) 5833), which includes,a supplementary schedule of United States c o n c e s s i o n s (hereinafter referred to as Schedule X X 6 UST 5863. 1955), and the President, by Proclamation No. 3105 of July 22, 1955 (69 Stat. c44), proclaimed such modifications of existing duties as would be required or appropriate to carry out such supplemental agreement, and that proclamation was supplemented by a notification by the President to the Secretary of the Treasury dated August 22, 1955 (20 F.R. 6211); 3. WHEREAS United States tariff concessions on cotton cloth provided for 46 Stat 641 IH Subparagraphs (a), (b), and (c) of 1 USC 1001. 9 paragraph 904 of the Tariff Act of 1930
