Public Law 86-683 Q • K ^,o«n JOINT RESOLUTION September 2, 1960 [s. J. Res. 68] Providing for the establishment of the New Jersey Tercentenary Celebration Commission to formulate and implement plans to commemorate the three hundredth anniversary of the State of New Jersey, and for other purposes.
Whereas the year 1964 will mark the tercentenary of the patent conveying all the lands between the Connecticut River and the east side of the Delaware River from Charles II to James, Duke of York; and
