For payment to the railroad unemployment insurance account, as a repayable advance, as authorized by section 4 of the Temporary Extended Railroad Unemployment Insurance Benefits Act of 1961, $20,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 1962: Provided, That this amount shall be repaid to the general fund of the Treasury from the railroad unemployment insurance account, whether or not the total derived from the temporary increase in the contribution rate under section 5 of such Act is sufficient for this purpose. 64207 0-62—5
