Public Law 87-322 AN ACT To amend section 505(d) of the Classification Act of 1949, as amended, with respect to certain positions in the General Accounting Office. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Cmigress assembled, That section 505(d) of the Classification Act of 1949, as amended (5 U.S.C. 1105(d)), is amended by striking out the words "twenty-fivp positions" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "thirty-nine positions". SEC. 2. Section 106(a) of the Federal Executive Pay Act of 1956 (5 U.S.C. 2205 (a)) is amended by adding the following subparagraph after subparagraph ( 4 7): " (48) General Counsel of the General Accounting Office." SEC. 3. The amendment made by section 2 of this Act shall become effective at the beginning of the first pay period which begins on or after the date of enactment of this Act. Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That there shall be printed ^ "^ure"Tn fh^e and bound for the use of the House one thousand five hundred copies House of Repreof "Cannon's Procedure in the House of Representatives", by Clarence "°"*«"^*»"' Cannon, to be printed under the supervision of the author and to be distributed to the Members by the Speaker. SEC. 2. That, notwithstanding any provision of the copyright laws and regulations with respect to publications in the puTblic domain, "Cannon's Procedure in the House of Representatives" shall be subject to copyright by the author thereof. Approved September 26, 1961.

Public Law 87-324 AN ACT To amend the Act of September 2, 1958, establishing a Commission and Advisory Committee on International Rules of Judicial Procedure, as amended. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Amerida in Congress assewibied, That the second paragraph of subsection (b) of section 7 of the Act of September 2, 1958, "An Act to establish a Commission and Advisory Committee on International Rules of Judicial Procedure" (72 Stat. 1743, 1745), as amended by the Act of September 16, 1959 (73 Stat. 567), is further amended to read as follows: "The Commission shall submit its final report and the Commission and the Advisory Committee shall terminate prior to December 31, 1963."
