Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Con/gress assembled, That in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act the periods of time Helen Irma Imhoof resided abroad in the employ of the United States Ambassador to Italy shall be held and considered to be residence and physical presence in the United States within the meaning of section 316 of the said Act.
