Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101 (a} (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor child. Hyacinth Louise Miller shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Robert Miller. Approved August 3, 1961. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That William J. Stevens, Engineman First Class, United States Navy (serial number 3868239), is hereby relieved of liability to repay to the United States the sum of $1,526.52, which represents the aggregate amount erroneously paid to him by the United States because of an administrative error in granting nim credit for pay purposes for service in the United States Naval Reserve from April 13, 1946, through April 23, 1951. In the audit and settlement of the accounts of any certifying or disbursing officer of the United States, full credit shall be given for the amount for which liability is relieved by this section. SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Navy is authorized and directed to pay, out of Current appropriations for the payment of basic pay to members of the naval service, to the said William J. Stevens the aggregate amount paid to the United States by the said William J. Stevens, or withheld by the United States from amounts due the said William J. Stevens from the United States, on account of the liability referred to in the first section of this Act: Provided, That no part of the amount paid under this section shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved August 3, 1961. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Attorney General is authorized and directed to cancel any outstanding orders and warrants of deportation, warrants of arrest, and bond, which may have issued in the case of Mrs. Amina Youssif Cosino (nee Simaan). From and after the date of the enactment of this Act, the said Mrs. Amina Youssif Cosino (nee Simaan) shall not again be subject to deportation by reason of the same facts upon which such deportation proceedings were commenced or any such warrants and orders have issued.
