Col. Samuel hale.

AN ACT For the relief of Colonel Samuel Hale.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Ameiica in Congress assembled, That Colonel Samuel Hale, 4534A, United States Air Force, is relieved of liability to the United States for the payment of so much of the aggregate amount of a loss of funds in his class B agent account that occurred during the period beginning on January 1, 1955, and ending on June 30, 1956, as has not been received by the United States before the date of enactment of this Act. AN ACT For the relief of Evagelos Mablekos. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (19) of section 212(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Evagelos Mablekos may be issued an immigrant visa and admitted to the United States for permanent residence if he is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of such Act: Provided, That this Act shall apply only to grounds for exclusion under such paragraph known to the Secretary of State or the Attorney General prior to the date of the enactment of this Act. AN ACT For the relief of Haralambos Agourakis.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Haralambos Agourakis shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of John William and Effie Parashos, citizens of the United States.
