Private Law 87-322 AN ACT For the relief of Saifook Chan. Be it enacted by the Senate arid House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the provisions of the proviso to section 201(a) shall not be applicable in the case of Saifook Chan, a native of Malaya. Approved March 3, 1962.

Private Law 87-323 AN ACT For the relief of Doctor Hau Cheong Kwaan, his wife, Tech Phaik Loui Kwaan, and their daughter, Ijaura Wai Man Kwaan. Be It enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the provisions of the proviso contained m section 201(a), and the provisions of sections 202(a)(5) and 202(b) shall be deemed not to be applicable in the cases of Doctor H a u Cheong Kwaan, a native of the British Crown Colony of Hong Kong, his wife, Tech Phaik Ijoui Kwaan, a native of Malaya, and their daughter, Laura Wai Man Kwaan, a native of the British Crown Colony of Hong Kong. Approved March 3, 1962.

Private Law 87-324 AN ACT To provide for the conveyance of certain real property of the United States to the former owner thereof. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of Agriculture shall convey, without consideration therefor, to Richard V. Evans and his wife Lennie E. Evans, Elsinore, California, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the real property, consisting of one and twenty-seven thousandths acres, more or less, originally donated to the United States by the said Richard V. Evans and his wife, Lennie E. Evans, and more particularly described in the deed dated October 7, 1946, entered into between the said Richard V. Evans, and his wife, Lennie E. Evans, and the United States of America, which deed is recorded in book numbered 797 of official records, page 149 of Seq. Records of Riverside County, California. Approved March 3, 1962.
