AN ACT For the relief of Kim C5arey (Timotliy Mark Alt). Be it enacted by tfie Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Kim Carey (Timothy Mark Alt) shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond L. Alt, citizens of the United States: Provided, That the natural parents of Kim Carey (Timothy Mark A l t) shall not, by virtue of such parentage, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. AN ACT For the relief of Sally Ann Barnett.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Sally A. Barnett. United Stotes of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and 8 USC 1101, 1155. Nationality Act, the minor child, Sally Ann Barnett, shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Mr. and Mrs. Charles W. Barnett, citizens of the United States: Provided, That no natural parent of Sally Ann Barnett, by virtue of such parentage, shall be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Little Flower Mission of the Saint Cloud Diocese. Land conveyance.

AN ACT To provide for the conveyance of certain lands of the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe of Indians to the Little Flower Mission of the Saint Cloud Diocese.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior, with the consent of the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe, is hereby authorized to convey to the Little Flower Mission of the Saint Cloud Diocese, without the payment of any consideration, all right, title, and interest of the United States of America and the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe in and to the following described land located on the Mille Lacs Indian Reservation: Lot 7, section 28, township 43 north, range 27 west, fourth principal meridian, Minnesota, containing 4.78 acres, more or less, subject to the road right-of-waj^ for Minnesota Trunk Highway Numbered 169, and all other valid existing rights-ofway. The conveyance shall provide that title to the land shall revert to the United States in trust for the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe when it is no longer used for religious purposes.
