Private Law 87-614 AN ACT For the relief of Rosa Fumarola Halice.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the pur- Rosa F. Bailee. poses of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the minor child, Rosa Fumarola Bailee, shall be held 8 USC 1101, and considered to be the natural-born alien child of Otto Bailee and ^^^^ Elizabeth Bailee, citizens of the United States: Provided, That the natural parents of the said Rosa Fumarola Bailee shall not, by virtue of such parentage, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Private Law 87-616 AN ACT For the relief of Mrs. Lee Ma Chin-Ylng. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Attorney General is authorized and directed to cancel any outstanding orders and warrants of deportation, warrants of arrest, and bond, which may have issued in the case of Mrs. Lee Ma Chin-Ying. From and after the date of the enactment of this Act, the said Mrs. Lee Ma Chin-Ying shall not again be subject to deportation by reason of the same facts upon which such deportation proceedings were commenced or any such w arrants and orders have issued. Approved October 11, 1962.
