Field Service Schedules and for which the symbol shall be 'PFS'. Each such schedule shall be in effect for the period specified with respect to such schedule. Except as provided in sections 3543 and 3544 of this title, basic compensation shall be paid to all employees in accordance with these schedules. RURAL CARRIER SCHEDULES
SEC. 703. (a) Section 3543(a) of title 39, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: "(a) There are established basic compensation schedules which shall oe known as the Kural Carrier,Schedules, and for which the symbol shall be 'BCS'. Each such schedule shall be in effect for the period specified with respect to such schedule.
