AN ACT To amend section 362(b) of the Communications Act of 1934. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following language be added to section 362(b) of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C.A. 360): "The Commission may, upon a finding that the public interest would be served thereby, waive the annual inspection required under this section from the time of first arrival at a United States port from a foreign port, for the sole purpose of enabling the vessel to proceed coastwise to another port in the United States where an inspection can be held: Provided, That such waiver may not exceed a period of thirty days." AN ACT To amend the Migratory Bird Conservation Act. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 18 of the Migratory Bird Conservation Act (16 U.S.C. 715q) is hereby amended by striking out "commisison" and inserting in lieu thereof "commission" and by striking out "$5,000" and inserting in lieu thereof "$7,500". AN ACT

To amend title 13, United States Code, to preserve the confidential nature of copies of reports filed with the Bureau of the Census on a confidential basis. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 9(a) of title 13, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end thereof the following: "No department, bureau, agency, officer, or employee of the Governhient, except the Secretary in carrying out the purposes of this title, shall require, for any reason, copies of census reports which have been retained by any such establishment or individual. Copies of census reports which have been so retained shall be immune from legal process, and shall not, without the consent of the individual or establishment concerned, be admitted as evidence or used for any purpose in any action, suit, or other judicial or administrative proceeding."
