Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following sums supplemental are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriations, appropriated, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1963, namely: DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE FOREIGN ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS P U B L I C LAW

For an additional amount for "Public Law 480", to restore the capital impairment of the Commodity Credit Corporation due to expenses and costs of sales of surplus agricultural commodities for foreign currencies pursuant to title I of the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954, as amended (7 U.S.C. 1701-1709), $508,172,000, to remain available until expended. Approved March 6, 1963.
