AN ACT For the relief of Danusia Radochoiiski.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Danusia Eadochonski may be classified as an eligible orphan within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the said Act and a petition may be filed by Doctor and Mrs. Stephen P. Radochonski, citizens of the United States, in behalf of the said Danusia Radochonski pursuant to section 205(b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act subject to all the conditions in that section relating to eligible orphans.
