Be it enacted by the Senate a7id House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Enrico Petrucci may be classified as an eligible orphan within the meaning of section 101 (b)(1)(F) of the said Act and a petition may be filed by Mr. and Mrs. Matthew J. Hannon, citizens of the United States, in behalf of the said Enrico Petrucci pursuant to section 205(b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act subject to all the conditions in that section relating to eligible orphans. AN ACT For the relief of Lawrence E. Bird.

Be it etuicted by the Seivate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $2,517.17 to Lawrfence E. Bird, 5689 Valley Street, Dayton 24, Ohio, in full settlement of his claim against the United States for expenses incurred in January and February of 1960 in connection with replacing a well on his property destroyed by certain construction activities at WrightPatterson Air Force Base, Ohio. This claim is not cognizable under the tort claims provisions of title 28, United States Code: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved July 17, 1963.
