Private Law 88-182 AN ACT For the relief of Jozefa Trzcin^ka Biskup and Ivanka Stalcer Vlahovlc.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Jozefa Trzcinska Biskup may be classified as an eligible orphan within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by Mr. and Mrs. Frank Biskup, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 205(b) of the Act, subject to all the conditions in that section relating to eligible orphans. SEC. 2. I n the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Ivanka Stalcer Vlahovic may be classified as an eligible orphan within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by Mr. and Mrs. Josip Vlahovic, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 205(b) of the Act, subject to all the conditions in that section relating to eligible orphans. Private Law 88-183 AN ACT For the relief of Lovorko Lucie.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress oMemMed. That, notwithstanding the provision of section 212(a)(9) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Lovorko Lucie may be issued a visa and admitted to the United States for permanent residence if he is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of that Act: Provided, That this exemption shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of which the Department of State or the Department of Justice had knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act. Approved March 13, 1964.

Private Law 88-184 AN ACT For the relief of Agnese Brienza.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the immigration laws, Agnese Brienza shall be deemed to be within the purview of section 25(a) of the Act of September 26, 1961 (75 Stat. 657). Approved March 13, 1964.
