Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled., That Paolo Armano, who lost United States citizenship under the provisions of section 401(e) of the Nationality Act of 1940, may be naturalized by taking prior to one year after the effective date of this Act, before any court referred to in subsection (2) of section 310 of the Immigration and Nationality Act or before any naturalization court in the United States, the oaths prescribed by section 337 of the said Act. From and after naturalization under this Act, the said Paolo Armano shall have the same citizenship status as that which existed immediately prior to its loss. Approved May 14, 1964. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the John s. Murphy. iJYi,ifed States of America in Congress assembled., That, notwithstanding the provisions of section 212(a)(4) of the Immigration and 66 Stat. 182. Nationality Act, John Stewart Murphy may be issued a visa and 8 USC 1182. admitted to the United States for permanent residence if he is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of that Act: Provided., That this exemption shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of which the Department of State or the Department of Justice had knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act: Provided further, That a suitable and proper bond or undertaking, approved by the Attorney 8 USC 1183. General, be deposited as prescribed by section 213 of the said Act. Approved May 14, 1964.

AN ACT For the relief of Miss Caruieii Rioja and child, I'aloiiia Menchaca Rioja.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled.^ That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Miss Carmen Rioja, the fiancee of John Menchaca, Junior, a citizen of the United States, and her minor child, Paloma Menchaca Rioja, shall be eligible for visas as nonimmigrant temporary visitors for a period of three months:
