SEC. 2. Public Laws 573 and 574, being respectively chapter 921 and chapter 922 of the Public Laws, Eighty-second Congress, second session, both approved July 17, 1952, are hereby confirmed and continned and shall be construed to apply to the aforesaid supplemental compact or agreement as if the supplemental compact or agreement had been consented to by such Public Laws. SEC. 3. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved June 13, 1964.

Public Law 88-321 JOINT RESOLUTION To increase the amount authorized to be appropriated for the work of the President's Committee on Employment of the Physically Handicapped.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the joint resolution entitled "Joint Resolution authorizing an appropriation for the work of the President's Committee on National Employ the Physically Handicapped Week", approved July 11, 1949 (63 Stat. 409), as amended, is amended by striking out "$300,000 and inserting in lieu thereof "$400,000". Approved June 24, 1964.
