COMMUNICATIONS

For an amount for communications which may be expended interchangeably for payment, in accordance with such limitations and restrictions as may be prescribed by the Committee on Kules and Administration, of charges on official telegrams and long-distance telephone calls made by or on behalf of Senators or the President of the Senate, such telephone calls to be in addition to those authorized by the provisions of the Legislative Branch Appropriation Act, 1947 ,77 Stat. 863; (gQ Stat. 392; 2 U.S.C. 46c, 46d, 46e), as amended, and the First De72 Stat. 442. ficiency Appropriation Act, 1949 (63 Stat. 77; 2 U.S.C. 4 6 d - l), $15,150.
