For an additional amount for "Grants to States for public assistance", $407,900,000.

NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD SALARIES AND EXPENSES

Not to exceed $2,460,000 of the amount appropriated under this head in the Departments of Labor, and Health, Education, and Welfare Appropriation Act, 1965, shall be available for trial examiner hearings. NATIONAL MEDIATION BOARD
