(11) The requirement that the Secretary of the Navy shall communicate to Congress all or a portion of the annual report submitted to the Secretary by the Naval Sea Cadet Corps with respect to its proceedings and activities (76 Stat. 534). (12) The requirement that the Secretary of Defense or the Secretary of the Treasury, as the case may be, shall report to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives the details of the proposed participation by members of the Armed Forces under his jurisdiction in international amateur sports competition (10 U.S.C. 717(b)). ^
