Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Toslld^° Munoz- Jjnited States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provision of paragraph (23) of section 212(a) of the Immi8°us*c "ifsl' gration and Nationality Act, Salvador Munoz-Tostado may be issued a visa and admitted to the United States for permanent residence if he is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of that Act: Provided, That this exemption shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of which the Department of State or the Department of Justice had knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act. United Sttttcs of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Loretta Negrin may be classified as an eligible orphan within the meaning of section Ante, p. 917. 101(b)(l)(F) of that Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her ^ ° • behalf by Mr. and Mrs. David Cohen, citizens of the United States, 8 USC 1155. pursuant to section 205(b) of that Act, subject to all the conditions in that section relating to eligible orphans. I n audit and settlement of the accounts of any certifying or disbursing officer of the United States, credit shall be given for amounts for which liability is relieved by this Act. SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Chief Warrant Officer Edward E.
