SEC. 2. In addition to previous authorizations, the completion of the Great Lakes to Hudson River Waterway, New York, project, approved in the River and Harbor Act of August 30, 1936, as amended, is hereby authorized at an estimated cost of $6,000,000. SEC. 3. In addition to previous authorizations, the completion of the comprehensive plan for flood control and other purposes in the Los Angeles River Basin, approved by the Flood Control Act of August 18, 1941, as amended and supplemented, is hereby authorized at an estimated cost of $31,000,000. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That subsection (b) A.!t*o/^i94?*"°" of section 6 of the Reorganization Act of 1949 (63 Stat. 205; 6 U.S.C. Extension* 133Z-3), as last amended by the Act of Julv 2, 1964 (78 Stat. 240), is hereby further amended by striking out "June 1, 1966" and inserting in lieu thereof "December 31, 1968". Approved June 18, 1965.
