ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

For the purpose of extending financial assistance under sections 201 and 202 of the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965, (79 Stat. 558), $85,000,000, of which not to exceed $3,500,000 shall be available for administrative expenses and of said administrative expenses not less than $2,300,000 shall be advanced to the Small Business Administration for the processing of loan applications: Provided. ,_,
