named m section 2 oi this Act is reneved of liability to pay to the United States the amount set forth opposite his name, which amount represents an overpayment of compensation received by him from July 12, 1964, through September 25, 1965, both dates inclusive, while employed at Tinker Air Force Base^ Oklahoma. I n the audit and settlement of the accounts of any certifying or disbursing officer of the United States credit shall be given for amounts for which liability is relieved by this Act. SEC. 2. The individuals referred to in the first section of this Act and the amount of the liability of each of them, are as follows: Name

SEC. 3. The Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to each individual listed in section 2 of this Act an amount equal to the aggregate amount paid by him, or withheld from sums otherwise due him, in complete or partial satisfaction of the liability to the United States specified in the first section of this Act. No part of the amount appropriated in this section for the payment of any one claim shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with such claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved November 2, 1966.

United Sttttes of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Maria Karidakis may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)(1) 8^us*c*n(H'. (F) of that Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by Mr. and Mrs. George N, Karidakis, citizens of the United States, pur8 USC 1154. suant to section 204 of that Act, subject to all the conditions in that section relating to petitions in behalf of a child as defined in section 101(b)(1)(F).
