AN ACT For the relief of Mitsuo Bloiustrom.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mitsuo Blomstrom may be ch^ssified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b) (1)(F) of such Act, subject to the proviso to such section, and a petition may be filed in behalf of the said Mitsuo Blomstrom by Staff Sergeant and Mrs. Robert J. Blomstrom, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 204(a) of such Act. Approved October 31, 1967.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Antonio Luis Navarro shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of November 22, 1961, and to Jiave complied with the requirements of section 316 of that Act as they relate to residence and physical presence.
