SEC. 2. No part of the amount appropriated in the first section of this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved December 18, 1967.

Be >t enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of sertion 301(a)(7) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mrs, Karen Wood Davila, a citizen of the United States at birth, shall be considered to have resided in the United States for five years after attaining the age of fourteen years, and prior to the birth of her son. Standard Meat Co.

AN ACT For the relief of the Standard Meat Company.

Be It enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury shall pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the Standard Meat Company, of Fort Worth, Texas, the sum of $3,679.10 in full settlement of all its claims against the United States for expenses and losses incurred by it as a result of the mislabeling by the Meat Inspection Division of the United States Department of Agriculture of a shipment of meat to Liverpool, England, in 1965. No part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding.
