Private Law 90-193 AN ACT

To confer United States citizenship posthumously upon Private First Class Alfred Sevenski,

December 29, 1967

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Pfc. Alfred United States of America in Congress assembled, That Private First Sevenski. Class Alfred Sevenski, a native of Germany, who served honorably in the United States Army from May 11, 1964, until his death on November 5, 1966, shall be held and considered to have been a citizen of the United States at the time of his death. Approved December 29, 1967.

Private Law 90-194 AN ACT

For the relief of Doctor Eduardo Gonzalez.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Doctor Eduardo Gonzalez shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of August 16, 1954, and the periods of time he has resided in this country since that date shall be held and considered to meet the residence and physical requirements of section 316 of the said Act. Approved December 29, 1967.

Private Law 90-195 AN ACT

For the relief of Eloy C. Navarro.

Be it emxicted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the claim of Eloy C. Navarro, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, for the loss of personal hand tools on or about April 29, 1964, shall be held and considered to be a timely claim under the Military Personnel and Civilian Employees Claims Act of 1964, as amended (Public Law 88-558, 78 Stat. 767, as amended) if such a claim is filed within one year of the effective date of this Act with the Secretary of the Interior, and the Secretary of the Interior is authorized to consider, settle and, if found meritorious, to pay that claim in accordance with the provisions of the Military Personnel and Civilian Employees Claims Act of 1964. Approved December 29, 1967.
