"School assistance in federally affected areas", $500,000; and "Elementary and secondary educational activities", $9,500,000; Provided, That not to exceed $9,000,000 of the sum available herein shall be transferred to the Secretary of Labor, as authorized by section 431 of the Act.

RAILROAD RETIREMENT BOARD LIMITATION ON SALARIES AND EXPENSES
