SEC. 206. There are authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, such sums as may be necessary to carry out this title. EXPIRATION or THE COMMISSION

Such amount shall be credited to the total repayment obligation and not to the annual installments thereof. Approved March 2, 1968.
