For postage stamps for the Offices of the Secretaries for the Majority and Minority, $240; and for air mail and special delivery stamps for the Office of the Secretary, $350; Office of the Sergeant at Arms, $215; Senators and the President of the Senate, as authorized by law, $119,328: Provided, That the maximum allowance per capita of $960 is increased to $1,056 for the fiscal year 1970 and thereafter: Provided further. FUND)
For stationery for Senators and the President of the Senate, $363,600; and for stationery for Committees and officers of the Senate, $14,250; in all, $377,850: Provided, That effective with the fiscal year 1970 and thereafter the allowance for stationery for each Senator and the President of the Senate shall be at the rate of $3,600 per annum: Provided further, That section 106 of the Legislative Branch Appropriation Act, 1969 (Public Law 90-417, approved July 23, 1968), is hereby made applicable to the President of the Senate. COMMUNICATIONS
For an amount for communications which may be expended interchangeably, in accordance with such limitations and restrictions as may be prescribed by the Committee on Rules and Administration, for payment of charges on official telegrams and long-distance telel)hone calls made by or on behalf of Senators or the President of the Senate, in addition to those otherwise authorized, $15,150.
