JOINT RESOLUTION Making further continuing appropriations for the fiscal year 1969, and for other purposes.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That there are hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and out of applicable corporate or other revenues, receipts, and funds for the several departments, agencies, corporations, and other organizational units of the Government such amounts as (1) may be necessary to cover salaries, compensation, and pay (including pensions and retired pay) for the fiscal year 1969, and (2) are provided for in the "Second Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1969, as reported to the Senaite June 11, 1969, with amendments (Senate Report No. 91-228, 91st Congress). SEC. 2. Appropriations made by this joint resolution shall be avail* able to the extent and in the manner which would be provided by the Second Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1969, as reported to the Senate, and all expenditures made pursuant to this jomt resolution shall be charged to the applicable appropriation, fund, or authorization whenever such Act is enacted into law. AN ACT rpo amend section 110 of title 38, United 'States Code, to insure preservation of all disability compensation evaluations in effect for twenty or more years.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, effective August 19, 1964, section 110 of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking out "percentage" each time it occurs and inserting in lieu thereof "evaluation". Approved June 23, 1969.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following sums are appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and out of applicable corporate or other revenues, receipts, and funds, for the several departments, agencies, corporations, and other organizational units of the Government for the fiscal year 1970, namely: SEC. 101. (a)(1) Such amounts as may be necessary for continuing projects or activities (not otherwise specifically provided for in this 3oint resolution) which were conducted in the fiscal year 1969 and for which appropriations, funds, or other authority would be available in the following Appropriation Acts for the fiscal year 1970: Department of Agriculture and Related Agencies Appropriation Act;
