Be it enacted by the Senate and Ho use of Representatives of the Henry E. Dooiey. TJnlted States of AiTierlca in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Mr. Henry E. Dooiey, Mount View Terrace, Manchester Center, Vermont 05255, the sum of $394.49, in full satisfaction of his claim against the United States for reimbursement of the cost of transportation of the privately owned automobile of his son. Lieutenant (junior grade) James E. Dooiey, rinited. States Xavy, from San Francisco, California, to Manchester ('enter, Vermont, the said Henry E. Dooiey having transported such automobile at his own expense upon the receipt of official notification that his son was missing in action in Vietnam. No part of the amount appropriated in the Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and ujxm conviction thereof shall he>finedin any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved June 13, 1969.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Noriko Susan Duke (Nakano) shall be held and considered to be within the purview of section 323(c) of such Act. Approved June 13, 1969.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rep-reseittatii^es of the i^'^*«'/"«?</ Sttttes of AmeHca m Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the New" Bedford Storage Warehouse (Company of New Bedford, Massachusetts, the sum of $365.98 in full settlement of the claims of said company against the United States arising out of services performed for the United States Coast (xuard, pursuant to (xovernment bill of lading A-0022724. No part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on a(x^ount of services rendered in coiniection with this claim, and the same shall l>e unlawful, any (Contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon Conviction fhereof shall be fined in «ny sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved June 18, 1969.
