Private Law 91-32 AN ACT For the relief of Ernesto Aluuclay.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress aksembled. That, for the ^lunday*" purposes of sections 203(a)(1) and 204 of the Immigration and 79 912. Nationality Act, Ernesto Alunday shall be held and considered to be 8 uStat. 1153, se the natural-born alien son of Teodoro A. Alunday, a citizen of the 1154 Laiited States: Provided, That no natural parent or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary, by virtue of such relationship, shall be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Xationality Act. Be it enacted by the Senate and IIoiiHe of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress asHemhJed^ That the Secretary A.J'^l:Elgin. ^^fY^J^' Fof the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appr()priated, to JNIr. and Mrs. A. F. Elgin, Post Office Box 7263, Hays Park Station, Spokane, Washington 99207, the sum of $317.40 in full satisfaction of their claim against the United States for reimbursement of the cost of transportation of the privatcly owned automobile of their son, Robert (T. Elgin, deceased, E-o, Regular Army, from Fayetteville, North Carolina, to Santa Clara, California, Mr. and Mrs. Elgin having transported such automobile at their own expense upon receipt of official notification that their son was killed in action in Vietnam on April 4. 196S. No part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upcm conviction thereof shall be lined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved August 4, 1969.
