Be it enacted 'by the Senate and Hmise of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, Martin H. L<^fner"' Loeffler, Avho was lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence on August 21, 1963, shall be held and considered not to be within the classes of persons whose naturalization is prohibited by the provisions of section 313 of the Immigration and Nationality 66 Stat. 240. Be it enacted by the Senate a7id House of Representathes of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the periods of time that Arie Eudolf Busch (also known as H a r r y Bush) has resided in the United States since August 29, 1960, shall be held and considered to meet the residence and physical presence requirements of section 316 of that Act.
