(2) Section 2(c)(2) (D.C. Code, sec. 31-1511 (c)(2)) is amended to read as follows: " (2) The terms 'plus fifteen credit hours' and 'plus thirty credit hours' mean the equivalent of not less than fifteen graduate semester hours beyond the bachelor's degree or thirty graduate semester hours beyond the master's degree as the case may be in academic, vocational, or professional courses, representing a definite educational program satisfactory to the Board, except that in the case of a shop teacher in the vocational education program the fifteen or thirty semester hours need not be graduate semester hours. Graduate credit hours beyond thirty which were earned prior to obtaining a master's degree may be applied in computing such thirty credit hours. The term 'plus sixty credit hours' means the
