SEC. 147. Title 18 of the District of Columbia Code is amended as follows: (1) The last paragraph of section 18-101 is amended to read as follows: " 'Probate Court' and 'court', respectively, mean the Superior Court of the District of Columbia." (2) Subsection (d) of section 18-505 is amended to read as follows: " (d) The rules of the court with respect to the taking and use of testimony of out-of-District witnesses apply to testimony taken pursuant to this section. The original will or codicil shall be sent with the notice or order of appointment or commission or letters rogatory, and exhibited to the witnesses." (3)(A) Section 18-513 is amended to read as follows: "§ 18-513. Rules of procedure "The court shall prescribe rules of procedure governing the trial of issues when a caveat is filed, including provisions for notice, appointment of guardians ad litem, trial by jury, and effect of judgments," (B) The item relating to section 18-513 in the analysis of chapter 5 is amended to read as follows: "18-513.
