Public Law 92-51 AN ACT Making appropriations for the Legislative B r a n c h for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1972, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following Branch^iTpprosums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not other- priation Act, 1972. wise appropriated, for the Legislative Branch for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1972, and for other purposes, namely: SENATE COMPENSATION AND MILEACXE or THE VICE PRESIDENT AND SENATORS AND EXPENSE ALLOWANCES OF THE VI C E PRESIDENT AND LEADERS OF THE SENATE COMPENSATION AND MILEAGE OF THE VICE PRESIDENT AND SENATORS

For compensation and mileage of the Vice President and Senators of the United States, $4,777,495. EXPENSE ALLOWANCES OF THE VICE PRESIDENT AND MAJORITY AND MINORITY LEADERS

For expense allowance of the Vice President, $10,000; Majority Leader of the Senate, $3,000; and Minority Leader of the Senate, $3,000; in all, $16,000. SALARIES, OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES

For compensation of officers, employees, clerks to Senators, and others as authorized by law, including agency contributions and longevity compensation as authorized, which shall be paid from this appropriation without regard to the below limitations, as follows: OFFICE OF THE VICE PRESIDENT

For clerical assistance to the Vice President, $414,510. OFFICE o r THE PRESIDENT PRO TEMPORE

For office of the President pro tempore, $50,514. OFFICES OF THE MAJORITY AND MINORITY LEADERS
