For the relief of Mrs, Bruna Turni, Graziella Tumi, and Antonello Turni.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Bruna, Graziella United States of America in Congress assembled, That in the admin- and Antonello istration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mrs. Bruna Turni, xumi 66 Stat. 163. Graziella Turni, and Antonello Turni shall be deemed to have a pri y 8 USC 1101 ority date of August 15, 1969, on the fifth preference foreign state note limitation for Italy. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the admin- ^^^^^^ ^' istration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Edith E. Carrera may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)(1) (F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by g^us'c^'ifo/' Mrs. Nelda Burnett, citizen of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of the Act and the provisions of section 245(c) of the Act shall,^^„"^<^ ^^^ be inapplicable in the case: Provided, That the natural parents or 1255. brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. For the relief of Mr. Jose Antonio Trias. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mr. Jose Antonio Trias shall be held and considered to have complied with the provisions of section 316 of that Act as they relate to residence and physical presence.
