Public Law 93-335 AN ACT To amend Public Law 93-233 to extend for an additional twelve months (until July 1, 1975) the eligibility of supplemental security income recipients for food stamps.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That (a) section ssi program 8(a)(1) of Public Law 93-233 is amended by striking out "6-month ^poo'd'sTamp' period", where it appears in the matter preceding the colon and in the eligibility, exnew sentence added by such section, and inserting in lieu thereof in '^"^usc' 2012 each instance "18-month period". note. (b) Subsections (a)(2), (b)(1), (b)(2), (b)(3), and (e) of section 8 of such public law are each amended by striking out "6-month note^l^^i^noteperiod" and inserting in lieu thereof "18-month period". 42 USC i382e (c) The amendments made by this section shall be effective as of "°1^-r \ '^ .„^. SEC. 2. (a) Section 212(a)(3)(B)(i) of Public Law 93-66 is note. amended by striking out "and" after "June 1973," and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "together with the bonus value of food stamps for January 1972, as defined in section 401(b)(3) of Public Law 92-603, if, for such month, such individual resides in a State '^^ ^^^ '^^^e /»

Public Law 93-336 AN ACT To amend sections 2733 and 2734 of title 10, United States Code, and section 715 of title 32, United States Code, to increase the maximum amount of a claim against the United States that may be paid administratively under those sections and to allow increased delegation of authority to settle and pay certain of those claims.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 2733 Military claims. of title 10, United States Code, is amended as follows: settl^mem?^"^^ (1) Subsection (a) is amended by striking out "$15,000" and inserting "$25,000" in place of "$15,000". (2) Subsection (d) is amended by striking out "$15,000" both places it appears and inserting "$25,000" in place thereof.
