Private Law 93-88 AN ACT For the relief of Lidia Myslinska Bokosky.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That in the adminis- ^idia M. tration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mrs. Lidia Myslinska ^°^°Bokosky, the widow of a citizen of the United States, shall be held and considered to be within the purview of section 201(b) of that Act ^ "se iisi. and the provisions of section 204 of such Act, shall not be applicable 8 USC 1154., in this case. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the adminis- Mna^gros^e?' ^"'^ tration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Melissa Catambay Gutierrez. Gutierrez and Milagros Catambay Gutierrez may be classified as children within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon ^ "^^ ^^*^^ • approval of petitions filed in their behalf by Mr, and Mrs. Ulpiano F. Gutierrez, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of the said Act: Provided, That the brothers or sisters of the beneficiaries ^ use 1154. shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding the provision of section 212(a) (23) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Linda Julie Dickson (nee Waters) may be issued a visa and admitted to the United States for permanent residence if she is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of that Act: Provided, That this exemption shall apply only to a ground for exclusion of which the Department of State or the Department of Justice had knowledge prior to the enactment of this Act. Approved August 17, 1974.
